How to order:

  • Call 713.504.0859 and set up an appointment for countertop measurements;
  • Select the type of edge you want.  The most popular is the laminated bullnose, followed by laminated  waterfall and laminated bevel.  See the info on edges below.
  • The estimator will arrive with a sample board containing different types of granite to choose from.  You can make your selection from it or you can visit a granite warehouse and choose your slab there.
  • Based on all the information collected, a job quote will be given to you within 48 hours;
  • Once the you approve the quote, another appointment will be necessary in order to take an exact template for the countertop.  A down payment is required at this time.
  • The slabs will be picked up and the fabrication started.  Within 2 weeks the countertop will be installed. 
  • Installation typically takes 1 to 2 days. The sink and stove top dimensions will be needed for the cut out.  Please, have them with you by the time we arrive to install the countertop. 
  • After the installation, a representative  will go through a final inspection with you to make sure the job meets your approval and the final payment is made.


Edges & Prices

 Price per square foot includes the material, fabrication and installation.  The total may vary depending on the amount of granite required.  Slabs are 3/4" thick.
Please note, the laminated selections are necessary for countertops above 10 square feet to cover the plywood cabinet reinforcement.  These fabrication/installation prices are available for the following granite types under $7.00/sqft: 
- Green Ubatuba;
- New Venetian Gold slab; installed
- Santa Cecilia;
- Green Butterfly;
- Black San Gabriel;
- Brown Caledonia;
- Baltic Brown;
- Peacock Green.
- Giallo antico.

Price description for contracting services:

  • Measurements: $50

  • Installation only: $9 /sq. ft.

  • Fabrication + installation on simple edge (no material included): $28 /sq. ft.

  • Material starts at $6.00 / sq. ft.


Note: Due to city code requirements, Granite Outlet cannot perform and it is not responsible for plumbing or electrical connections.
Turnaround time for installation can take up to 2 weeks.
